Another wonderful food experience in Brooklyn.

This place brings something new to the table by offering a $70 fixed course meal on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. You can go, watch the meal being prepared and chat with the chef about it.
The store prides itself on inviting specialists to head up each department. For instance, “If there an art to picking the perfect cut of meat, then Vinny is one of the finest artisans,” the site boasts while giving quick profiles of the employees on their given department’s subpage. The site also makes it extremely easy to contact employees with questions or concerns, not to mention a few really nice little flashy/javascripty little tricks.
“Our goal is to be a centerpiece of the Brooklyn community,” the site explains. With a fresh brand, an all-inclusive offer with a little something new, and a somewhat prime location, I think Brooklyn Fare is well on its way.
