Thomas Chosson and Alex Mestrot Share at Wolff Olins NY

WONY was joined last night by a troupe of young creatives from the Paris collectives SUPERBIEN and Capsule Circus. 

SUPERBIEN’s Thomas Chosson and Alex Mestrot create wildly immersive environments of animation, photography, light and space, with every piece specifically tailored to its location. Their breathtaking perfectionism came through in a video they showed us of their work for Adidas last March, at the Old Port at the Pharo Palace in Marseille. 

 Projecting 3D images onto the complex geometry of the palace, they turned its facade into first a soccer field, then a breakdance floor and then a dojo, to celebrate sports and urban culture. Watch the Adidas launch here and see other work by SUPERBIEN here.

Jon Maloy and Sara Ferhi of Capsule Circus are “serious about cool.” They walked us through their creative strategy and what they call “PR-Tainment.” From their site: “We strongly believe that, once conceived and whispered, our Ideas anchor their time with conviction. Influence by Experience: PR-Tainment.”
