Richard Houston

I lead the strategy on projects, build creative teams and design new approaches to growth challenges. Recently, I've been developing Wolff Olins’ strategy for the future.

I’m also a teacher at Kitchen – our new education offer – where I run a class called How To Workshop. It’s all about facilitation as a critical tool for leading teams to solve problems.

Earlier this year I went back to school myself to complete the Omnicom Senior Management Programme. It’s taught by HBS professors at Babson College and, although it sounds boring, it was actually the best learning experience I've had.

Out of hours, I advise London based start-up Technology Will Save Us: an amazing organisation on a mission to help anyone become a maker of technology with their DIY tech kits and resources.
