With over 10 years experience in digital & UX design I have worked across all industries helping companies to understand how to better engage customers & users for ongoing rewards.
My background is eclectic having started life as a TV Director, before moving into the world of digital design and eventually finding my comfort zone in the fascinating world of user experience & service design. Recent clients have included Jaguar Land Rover, Microsoft, Lacoste, Transport for London, Audi & Thomson Reuters.
I am fascinated by the concept of using design as a catalyst for behaviour change and finding the sweet spot between where digital meets physical . I joined Wolff Olins because they believe in creating hero experiences and are not afraid to be leaders in disruptive and imaginative thinking.
